I tend to wake with a bit of a headache but as soon as I started wearing the mouth tape, I've awoken without one and have started the day feeling refreshed.
I have been using the mouth tape from 'Best Tape Ever' and I have seen an improvement in my sleep quality. I have also noticed that my breath is better in the morning and I don't have that horrible dry mouth feeling when I wake in the morning. Great Product!
This tape is really all that, it’s comfortable and holds in position without irritating the skin. The nose strips are the best on the market they actually pull open your nose
I’m very happy I bought this for my husband after having our sleep disturbed for the last 25 years by his mouth breathing/snoring!
We both now awaken feeling rested and it has completely eliminated his snoring and forced him to nose breathe.
Mouth breathing is very very bad for his health and I’ve used taping on him in the past, but it always comes off in the night and the snoring starts again.
